Meditation is learning how to be present to your life without thinking about it, without what you think getting in between you and your own experience, learning how to develop a felt sense of your human existence, and learning to be present with your sensations, breathe, and pause
We combine meditation and breathwork to bring healing prana fully into every cell of our bodies, to extend our consciousness out into the Universe and down into the vast peacefulness of the earth.
In addition: we release blockages so that you feel all the life that pulses through you.

Develop a Sadhana: a daily spiritual practice

Over the 30 days of the course, we will explore Pranayama techniques, mantras, mantra writing, and meditation all designed to deepen our personal sadhana experience and development of a daily practice.
A Sankalpa practice: set and manifest your heart's desire.

Sankalpa, the resolve comes from deep within you, directly out of the mystery of who you are and informs your mind of a particular direction that you need to take in your life. A Sankalpa speaks to the larger arc of your life, your dharma—your overriding purpose for being here.
In this -one hour per week for four weeks- series you will engage a process of listening to your heart to help you align your moment-by-moment choices with your true heart's desires.
Coaching and meditation to relieve racial bias and tension
Inhale unconditional Love, break up old stuck energy and transform patterns of racial bias. No blame, no shame, we all have it. Create a practice with - intentional breathwork, meditation & mindfulness. Diane offers workshops and coaching programs to help us heal our internalized racial bias. Diane teaches that we live our lives from the inside out. She supports each individual client on their path toward health, healing, and justice. She guides clients to identify obstacles to collective action and to unlearn hurtful practices and thought patterns. Only with an authentically love-centered heart can we begin to live the joy-filled, loving, and purpose driven life we are here for.
Classes are Designed for all levels to start and then progress. No knowledge, or yoga practice is required.
